Masai Future - Conservation Centre
RIBA International design competition - 2nd Place

The journey begins at the car park, which accommodates 20 extended Land Cruisers. A light timber structure provides covered parking while generating solar energy to power the buildings. From here, visitors are guided by straight pedestrian paths to a gathering area in front of the Conservation Centre. A separate building near the museum’s entrance serves as the ticket office, offering beverages and information, ensuring efficient visitor management, particularly during peak seasons. Shaded seating areas are provided around the main entrance waiting for their turn to enter the Conservation Centre. Drivers will be able to buy access tickets for vehicles at the gate office without entering the main space.
