The materials are reduced to a minimum selection to control the cost by a repetition of details throughout the unit. Due to its layout arrangement and to its modularity, the unit allows for maximum flexibility and construction phasing. The repetition of details, the industrial manufacturing in warehouses, the ease of construction by assembling the ready-made structural modules framework, reduces exponentially the cost of the materials and the labor work needed to complete the module on site. Through this vision many other factors will then contribute to the savings when thinking to a large scale development as a sharing strategy could start to apply in many other sectors/fields bringing an efficient economy of scale.
